In the north of Tanzania, PLAN International brought ahead a succesful program against child labour. Only few years ago, there were thousands of child workers in small scale mines in the area of Geita, Mwanza. It was a complex society were different stakeholders intervened to solve issues of child labour, domestic violence, low level of scholarization and public order. This video shows the incredible effort that PLAN International applied in the area to solve these issues, explains the program, its details and the results achieved.
